This campaign was for Recruit Ireland, an innovative client and candidate driven job site in Ireland. The brief was to create a campaign targeting job seekers who are already employed but are unhappy in their current jobs and encourage them to search for new jobs or career paths on RecruitIreland.com.

Using the tagline ‘Don’t Get Stuck’ we took it literally into how one can get stuck in a deadend job with no progress or job satisfaction in sight. Using humorous metaphors as to how one might be stuck in a job, from getting trapped at your desk under files to being frozen stiff in the kitchen freezer we highlight how unhappy you can be to the point you need a career change.

This campaign was advertised in newspapers, online, as well as in pubs & bars across Dublin and featured in the Aviva Stadium.
